Design
Our Process
We proudly offer a Design process that not only provides detailed Construction
Documents, but also provides our clients with 3 Dimensional views of their
project.  Using 3D conceptual designs enables our clients and us to specifically
identify design elements that are to be utilized in the project.

2 Dimensional drawings aid the project team in space planning and overall
function of the intended design.  In-House Design streamlines the planning
stage as well as enables the client to clearly identify what their budget can
produce.

Our goals through Design are to develop a unique project that is specifically
catered to the needs and wants of our client.  We involve the client in all
Design stages and rely heavily on their feedback, which produces a product
our clients find both functional and beautiful.

In this Conceptual Rendering:
A newly built Town Home's lower level is remodeled to better incorporate
the Kitchen as part of the overall entertaining space.  Functionality and
storage have been greatly increased, while design elements are added
that showcase the Client's own style choices.  A glass backsplash is
proposed around the sink area to partition this workspace from the living
area without giving an encroaching feel.

A great example of how early design work and 3D renderings can aid the
Client in foreseeing their finished product.
In this Remodel:
This project started as a common Kitchen and Dining space from the 70's era of split level homes.  Spaces
were defined abruptly and as such became small, with confusing room transitions.  Overhead lighting
soffits were removed, openings widened, and a small sliding glass door and over the sink window were
traded for a pair of french doors leading to the existing deck.  Fixtures and appliances were relocated to
accommodate a more functional floorplan, while selections such as the Marmoleum flooring added both
interest and comfort, while maintaining a high level of durability.  What once was the kitchen and dining
space were traded for a more functional and updated space.
